This project consisted of a full building renovation of a large educational facility. The scope of work included 44 new roof top units, 32 bathroom renovations, complete removal and replacement of the perimeter curtain wall, exterior tuck pointing, swimming pool work, locker room facilities, new floors and ceilings, and new electrical and plumbing.
