This project consisted of a full renovation of the 8th floor of Metra's Headquarters. The scope of work included demo and installation of new tile flooring, carpeting, ceiling, interior walls, toilet accessories and partitions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications lines and accessories, doors, hardware, storefront, kitchen countertop, cabinets, office furniture, and cubicles, and abatement of asbestos and lead based paint.
